Shipping policy

  • All UK Mainland orders are dispatched on a 2-4 days service, with order processing normally taking up to one additional day.
  • Orders for Saturday Delivery: Please contact us by 11am on Friday to check if a Saturday delivery will be possible in your area - it might not but please get in contact.
  • Due to shipping restrictions, we can only send a maximum of 20 kilograms in one parcel.
  • Larger orders will be split into separate parcels, which may arrive at different times.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer Sunday delivery; all 'Standard Delivery' orders are Monday to Friday, with 'Saturday Delivery' orders on Saturday.
  • Please note our couriers do not work bank holidays.
